Mouvex E140 Check Valve 2.5 bar – 316087
The Mouvex E140 check valve (2.5 bar, part no. 316087) is a protection and safety component designed for the discharge side of Mouvex E140 compressors. The valve allows flow only in one direction and opens when the compressor pressure exceeds the preset cracking pressure of 2.5 bar.
When the compressor stops or downstream pressure becomes higher than the compressor pressure, the valve closes automatically, preventing backflow of air or product towards the compressor. This protects internal components from damage, reduces the risk of contamination and helps maintain stable system pressure, especially in installations operating at slightly higher pressures.
