Extendable loading deck

Single or double extendable versions; the MAX200/210 flatbed extends up to 29,100 mm.

02

Steering for every terrain

Rigid, self-tracking or hydraulically force-steered axles for precise manoeuvring in tight spaces.

03

Pendle axle suspension

The MAX710 and MAX810 are built with pendle axles for heavy loads.

04

Detachable gooseneck

Machines can drive onto the MAX510 from the front; the extendable low bed allows longer loads.

Comparing another manufacturer’s machine transporter?

If you are considering a heavy equipment, low-bed or extendable semi-trailer from Goldhofer, Nooteboom, Doll, Broshuis or another manufacturer, it is worth putting a MAX Trailer by Faymonville configuration alongside it before you decide. We prepare a technical proposal for the same task, so the offers can be compared on facts.

FAQ

MAX Trailer by Faymonville vehicles in brief

What is the difference between a low-bed and a heavy equipment semi-trailer?

A heavy equipment semi-trailer (for example the MAX100/110) is a gooseneck vehicle with a straight loading deck for everyday machine transport. On a low-bed semi-trailer (MAX510, MAX710) the loading deck sits lower between the axles, so tall machines can be transported with a lower overall height.

What payload can MAX Trailer by Faymonville vehicles carry?

According to the manufacturer, the range covers payloads from 15 to 123 tonnes with 2–10 axles. The payload of a specific vehicle depends on the model, the configuration and the tractor unit; we state the exact figure in our quote.

How are MAX Trailer and Faymonville related?

MAX Trailer is a brand of the Faymonville Group. Its design is based on standardised components and production tailored to them, so special trailers can be built at a competitive cost on the engineering expertise of the Faymonville Group.

Where can I buy a Faymonville MAX Trailer in Hungary?

Premium Flow Solutions Kft. is the official distributor of MAX Trailer by Faymonville vehicles in Hungary, based in Ercsi next to the M6 motorway. Contact: Tamás Joó, +36 70 604 4575, tamas.joo@flowsolutions.hu.

Is it worth requesting a MAX Trailer quote alongside another manufacturer’s offer?

Yes, if the purchasing decision is still open. We prepare a technical proposal for the same transport task, so the configurations (payload, deck height, extendability, steering, corrosion protection) can be compared on facts.

What corrosion protection do the vehicles have?

The Faymonville Group fits every vehicle with MAXProtect+ surface protection as standard: shot blasting, thermal zinc-aluminium spraying, seam sealing, two-component top coat and cavity protection. According to the manufacturer’s test, no red rust appeared even on a 1 mm deep scratch after a 2,400-hour salt spray test.

Is custom equipment available?

Yes. Depending on the model, options include one- or two-piece loading ramps, wheel recesses, boom and bucket troughs, widening, a winch, central lubrication, an axle load indicator and a toolbox. We put the equipment together to suit the task.
