TRIGENIUS®
For 2–5 axle chassis, with 2–28 t rated load
MEILLER’s most versatile tipper body: it tips to the rear and to both sides, so it works well on tight construction sites and for changing tasks. The weight-reduced, high-strength steel design increases payload; the range extends from light two-axle chassis to four-axle 41-tonne vehicles.

P and H series
With half-pipe (P) or box (H) body, 30–50 t
A rear tipper body built for heavy construction and quarry work. The half-pipe body of the P series also discharges sticky and coarse material well, while the box body of the H series offers more volume. Both series are built for rated loads between 30 and 50 tonnes.

Z316-ti / Z421-ti
With thermal insulation to DIN 70001 for road building
A rear and side tipper body designed for transporting asphalt mix. Insulation of the side walls, front wall, tailgate and floor prevents the mix from cooling down; the body complies with DIN 70001, for which the manufacturer issues a certificate. MEILLER’s insulation concept has been tested and certified by DEKRA.

What to know before choosing
Should I choose a three-way tipper or a rear tipper body?
If the vehicle works at changing locations and on tight construction sites, and material also needs to be discharged to the side, the TRIGENIUS three-way tipper is more flexible. If you transport heavy stone or earth, mainly in quarries or on large construction projects, the P or H series rear tippers are built for 30–50 t rated load according to the manufacturer.
What is the difference between the P and H series rear tippers?
The P series has a half-pipe body with a nominal volume of 17–28 m³, for 3-, 4- or 5-axle chassis; the H series has a box body with 18–28 m³, for 3- or 4-axle chassis.
Can a MEILLER body be fitted to an electric truck?
According to the manufacturer, MEILLER tipper bodies work with electric trucks from European manufacturers using mechanical or electromechanical power take-offs; with electric drive the pump only runs while tipping.
What does DIN 70001 mean for an asphalt tipper?
DIN 70001 is the standard for the thermal insulation of vehicles transporting asphalt mix. The MEILLER Z316-ti and Z421-ti bodies are built accordingly, and the manufacturer issues a certificate for this.
