Padoan hydraulic oil tanks, diesel tanks and combined tanks
Looking for a tank for a tipper, crane, moving floor or work machine? We select the Padoan tank that suits the hydraulic system and the chassis, supply it with accessories and install it.
* Manufacturer data (padoan.it).
What do you need the tank for?
Choosing a tank starts with the hydraulic task: the oil volume needed, the number of suction and return connections and the mounting position decide which side profile and version fit the vehicle.
Tipping semi-trailer
Oil tank on the tractor unit to supply the tipping cylinder, mounted on the side or behind the cab.
Moving floor semi-trailer
Larger oil volume for continuous moving floor operation, with return filter.
Loader crane
Large-volume tank for crane hydraulics, with custom connections if required.
Little space on the chassis
Behind-cab or flat tank where there is no room at the side.
Fuel and hydraulics together
Combined tank: oil and diesel sections in one body, with one mounting.
Auxiliary fuel on work machines
Type-approved diesel tank from 80 to 960 l, with mounting kit.
Padoan tanks and accessories
Padoan’s standard “N” series offers hydraulic oil tanks in 9 side profiles, diesel tanks in 7 and combined tanks in 4 sizes. The custom “X” version is based on the standard tanks, with connections, length and volume adapted to the application.

Typical tasks: loader cranes, tippers with high oil demand, combined systems.

63/27
110–200 l, narrow design
The narrow tank with 63/27 side profile mounts on the chassis frame behind the cab, leaving space at the side for other equipment. The PFS range also includes a 180 l aluminium version.
| Volume | 110–200 l |
|---|---|
| Side profile | 63/27 |
| Installation | behind the cab, on the chassis frame |
Typical tasks: tractor units where the side space is taken by a fuel or AdBlue tank.

TLine 85/18
150–200 l, or 90 l (S version)
TLine is Padoan’s new family of flat oil tanks with an 85/18 side profile. The S version holds 90 l, the standard version 150–200 l.
| Volume | 150–200 l; S version: 90 l |
|---|---|
| Side profile | 85/18 |
Typical tasks: tight installation spaces where a conventional tank does not fit.

Diesel tank “N” series
7 side profiles, 80–960 l
The diesel tanks are type-approved to UN ECE R34 Part III, with painted steel brackets and stainless steel mounting straps with EPDM rubber inserts. The type approval requires side mounting.
| Volume | 80–960 l |
|---|---|
| Side profile | 26/36, 44/54, 50/64, 64/50, 63/70, 70/63, 70/70 |
| Approval | UN ECE R34, Part III |
| Mounting | painted steel bracket, stainless steel strap with EPDM insert |
Optional equipment (selection)
- lockable fuel cap with anti-splash device
- level gauge
- in-cab gauge
- connection kit
Typical tasks: auxiliary or replacement fuel tank on trucks and work machines.

Combined tank
oil 90–200 l + diesel 125–700 l
The combined tank unites the hydraulic oil tank and the diesel tank in one body, saving space and installation time. The diesel section is type-approved to UN ECE R34 Part III. The PFS range also includes a 220/170 l aluminium version.
| Oil section | 90–200 l |
|---|---|
| Diesel section | 125–700 l |
| Side profile | 50/64, 64/50, 63/70, 70/70 |
| Approval | diesel section: UN ECE R34, Part III |
Typical tasks: tractor units and work machines with too little space for two separate tanks.

Accessories
Original accessories to match the tank
For oil tanks: return filters (semi- and fully immersed, Easy filter), in-line filter, filler cap with air filter, level gauge, adjustable ball valve, pipe and adjustable fittings, and a clogging indicator. For diesel tanks: lockable cap, level gauge and connection kit.
| For oil tanks | filters, filler cap, level gauge, ball valve, fittings |
|---|---|
| For diesel tanks | lockable cap, level gauge, in-cab gauge, connection kit |
Typical tasks: fitting a new system and maintaining an existing tank.
Let’s talk about your task!
With just a few details we can tell you which configuration is economical and what to look out for when purchasing.
Leak testing, robotic welding, interchangeable mounting
Padoan leak-tests every tank before packing and makes the seams by robotic MIG/MAG welding. With the “Dual” system, the same oil tank can be mounted on the side or at the rear; only the mounting kit needs to be changed.
Three materials
Aluminium, RAL 7021 epoxy powder-coated steel and stainless steel versions, chosen to suit the application.
Leak testing
Before packing, every tank is checked on dedicated equipment to confirm lasting tightness.
“Dual” mounting
The same oil tank can be mounted on the side or at the rear; only the mounting kit needs to be changed.
Robotic welding
Robotic MIG/MAG welding for precise, durable and leak-free seams.
Standard and custom
“N” series in stock sizes, “X” version with custom connections, length and volume.
Type-approved diesel tank
The diesel tanks and the diesel section of the combined tanks comply with UN ECE R34 Part III.

Comparing another manufacturer’s tank?
When choosing a hydraulic oil tank, it is not the brand but the installation space, volume and connections that decide. These are worth comparing:
The brand names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Premium Flow Solutions Kft. is not a distributor of these brands.
What is worth comparing?
- Oil volume needed and system flow
- Installation space: at the side, behind the cab or on the chassis frame
- Number and position of suction and return connections
- Tank material and surface protection
- Mounting kit and return filter version
- Type approval for diesel tanks

What are Padoan tanks made of?
Aluminium, RAL 7021 powder-coated steel and stainless steel.
What size of hydraulic oil tank does a tipper need?
The volume needed depends on the cylinder size and the system. Padoan’s standard oil tanks range from 30 to 400 litres; PFS recommends a size once it knows the complete hydraulic system.
What is the difference between the “N” and “X” versions?
“N” is the standard series with fixed side profiles. “X” is a custom version based on the standard tank, with the number and position of connections, length and volume adapted to the application.
What is a combined tank?
A hydraulic oil tank and a diesel tank united in one body. In Padoan combined tanks the oil section holds 90–200 litres and the diesel section 125–700 litres.
Do you also install the tank?
Yes. In the PFS workshop in Ercsi we install the tank together with the complete hydraulic system, pump, control block and PTO.
